In a recent hook up with a guy I am going to call Cliff, I was confronted with a question. To amyl… or not to amyl? Being the naive person that I am when it comes to these things, I automatically said a no thanks, I mean I had no idea what this stuff was going to do. Pausing the nights activities, Cliff grabbed hold of me, so I didn’t fall off, as I reached down to grab his jeans from the floor. I sat up and Cliff proceeded to take some, offering it to me a further few times.
This struck me as odd, but I adopted the live and let live attitude about it all, I did my best to ignore the stench (how anyone could actually take a big whiff is beyond me) and ended up having a pretty hot couple of hours with Cliff.
The next day I decided to educate myself and looked to my friend wikipedia – here is the entry, so it turns out poppers are used as a vaso-dilator and smooth muscle relaxant, which would make sense, I guess, for a bottom to use – not so much for a top, well… from what I understand at least (seeking input from readers here…)
When sharing this encounter with my country straight wife I’m going to call Lily, she commented ‘…this guy is stuck in the 80′s?’
So I wonder then? how many guys use poppers and is Lily right?
